A revelation in rehab!

I had my initial consultation with Tina yesterday, followed by a comprehensive sholder and back massage. It is no exaggeration to say my back feels more relaxed and in better health than it has done in years.

I am presently rehabilitating from major shoulder surgery. Of all the assessments and recommendations by doctors, physiotherapists, consultants, and my surgeon, both pre and post op, none were as thorough or professional as Tina's. She recognised problems that all the others had overlooked, and has put me on the path to correcting these.

I now realise that a significant amount of my rehab time has been wasted due to poor advice from NHS staff. However, I feel confident I am now on the right/best path to recovery due to Tina's input.

I'm a runner 10K - Ultra Marathons, at the time I first visited Tina I could barely manage 3 miles, I had a left Achilles injury and a right calf injury with barely 3 months to go to Chester Marathon. Tina made no promises but insisted I kept a positive mindset, through a combination of various massage techniques, specialised equipment and taping I was able to continue training. Thanks to Tina’s efforts I completed the Marathon with no sign of my injuries and have been 100% since.
I would recommend Tina without hesitation, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

My body is very de conditioned and stiff, in just 2 treatments I feel so much better, my muscles not as tense and even walking better .She has Also provided me with great stretches to target the muscles affected. Tina is so knowledgable and professional, she makes me feel very comfortable.
I highly recommend her .

Hits the spot!

Tina's knowledge and magical touch helps me get through Crossfit without my body falling part. She's great at finding the tension points that have been causing me the most pain as well as finding ones I never knew about!
My Mum is also now seeing her and is amazed at the results she's been getting.

First after lockdown

I had my first massage with Tina since before lockdown and it was as amazing as usual.
Tina made me feel so comfortable and had thought of every single thing necessary to keep us both safe; the hygiene standards were diamond standard!
Even with the need to wear a mask, we still had a great catch up whilst she worked her magic on my legs, which feel fantastic now!
I can’t recommend Tina highly enough: a super talented therapist that really understands what your needs are before leaving you feeling amazing after every session.

I can not recommend Tina highly enough

I went to Tina for a sports massage after I found that my foot was getting tight when running and didn’t want to ignore it and end up with a serious injury. Tina was welcoming, thorough and discovered issues I was unaware of!! I feel like she is now part of my toolkit in training for a marathon, and I will ensure that I have regular massages to keep everything ticking over healthily. Results are quick, the sessions are great and as another reviewer says the banter is brill!

Cannot recommend Tina highly enough. She is brilliant at what she does and always looks for ways to provide a service that is above and beyond. I see her regularly and as a result I definitely get less injuries.

I visited Tina after suffering a shoulder injury last year. I couldn’t believe the difference after just one session. Tina goes above & beyond with her treatment, & I now visit regularly. Not only has my injury healed, but my posture & general flexibility has vastly improved. I highly recommend.

Injury Recovery

I visited Tina after retiring from an event mid-race with a muscle injury. Not only was Tina able to reassure me that my injury wasn't as bad as I first feared, she relieved my symptoms to an extent that I was walking freely again within a couple of days. Tina is very knowledgeable, teaching me some stretching exercises to aid my recovery.

I now appreciate the value of regular muscle maintenance for everybody who participates in regular exercise and how this could prevent my type of injury from reoccurring in future.

I have had bad shoulder/neck pain for years - Repetitive Stress Injury and possibly posture issues. The massages were a revelation and the advice given re: exercise an added bonus. I can highly recommend Tina at True Motion without any hesitation. Truely 5*
